I stayed in the Seascape Queen Room, and the views from the window were stunning. The breakfast spread every morning had so many delicious options, it was hard to choose just one. The pool area absolutely wowed me, with its beautiful design and relaxing atmosphere. The kids club deserves special mention. the staff genuinely cared for the children, making our stay more enjoyable. However, there were a few frustrating issues. The staff didn’t prepare my room requests in advance, like the baby cot I had requested. I faced delays each day in receiving a printed summary of my expenses. it took constant reminders and finally a manager's intervention to sort it out. The laundry service was also disappointing. my clothes were not treated as I had specified, and I found they hadn’t washed my new garment. There were several moments of chaos that shouldn't happen in a hotel of this caliber. While the amenities and service at the pool were great, the management of daily services was lacking. Overall, the hotel presents beautifully, but certain aspects need serious attention to justify the high price.
